Probably, you have noticed that topics about alcoholism have been escalated in media. In TV, on the Internet, on the radio and other media cannot get enough of these topics: alcoholics are throwing their children into wills, pedestrians are being hit by drunk drivers in the bus stops, narcozombies are killing grandmothers so they could buy a dose of a legal alcoholic drug. I want to mention that this is a special way of trying to mask an increasing population of abstinents. These horrible consequences of alcohol use are decreasing every year but in media, the number of declarations is increasing. So, I will talk, what, in my opinion, is happening.

The system got scared of a quickly spreading soberness trend. I have been observing for many years the growing number of activists, who are spreading the idea of soberness, naturally, the number of their followers are also increasing. More and more aware teetotallers start to realise that the system is trying to make users of a legal substance – drug addicts. This is how narcozombies are made, who later become clients of pharma business, regular users. People more often with a pride call themselves Maximalists, Optimalists, Valanciukais, Sveikuoliais and other promoters of a healthy lifestyle, who does not use any psychotropic substances. I am happy that Professor Aurelijus Varyga initiated marathons “Uz blaivia” and now youngsters are organizing it. I am happy that adolescents created society of sober parties “Varom” which has been organizing fun and sober parties and festivals. We can see that Greens leader Ramunas Karbauskis play a huge role in making Lithuania soberer.

He is organizing sober festivals in Naisiai, which do not sell any alcohol and it still brings more and soberer people. In 2015 summer, his event brought more than 40 thousand teetotallers. I want to boast a bit as well, I have changed more than 2000 people using Maximalist psychotherapy and helped them to get to know long lasting soberness benefits. After the therapy, people cannot any longer enjoy spirits because they cannot ignore alcohol and other psychotropic drugs harm. So, I got a chance to see the real situation, the real statistics and I made a conclusion that thanks to soberness activists the number of deaths and injuries on the roads has decreased. The number of accidents, fire alarms and other harms, caused by alcoholics, has declined as well. Sales of alcohol are dramatically decreasing; the problem with official statistics is that it includes alcohol that is bought by Scandinavians as contraband otherwise Lithuania will not be the second country in the world in alcohol consumption. The truth is that we became one of the first countries which have taken a drug (legal and not) matter seriously. Lithuania today is getting sober the fastest.

is why I invite you to not believe lies of the system that we all are failures and alcoholics, so we have to get treated by force. It is the opposite, you have to understand that soberness is a new trend and drinking is not in fashion anymore. People are happy that they can celebrate without drinking or moderately consuming alcohol. They do not harm their health and life. The system is afraid of total soberness trend, thus it tries to mask it by showing that we are failing and not getting sober. Whenever people are forced to be sober, they are trying to learn to use legal drugs – alcohol – moderately, but this method is not efficient in preventing alcoholism. If media announced that totally soberness is becoming a trend, that people are starting to understand that moderate use of legal or illegal drugs is harmful, that the best choice is abstinence and not a moderate poisoning of brain and body, that teetotallers are living more progressively, they are improving their quality of life much more than anyone who is consuming legal drugs, then soberness would cover the whole Lithuania, representatives of narco-business and pharma business would have to invest in less harmful business for society..

On January 30th evening, in Batoras villa, in Vilnius people were gathering to listen to psychotherapist M.G maximalist (Marius Gabrilavicius) lecture “TOTAL SOBERNESS – a comprehensive guarantee of success”.

By the way, an invitation to psychotherapist’s lecture informed: “ATTENTION: there will be used NLP methods, which program every single mind to seek for a way to comprehensive success!“

For many people, interested in such an original advertisement of a lecture and engaged in a healthy lifestyle, there were hardly enough space in a hall – there were more than 250 listeners. What did they hear?

At the beginning of a lecture M. Gabrilavicius said that he will be discussing advantages of total soberness, healthy lifestyle and he will speak about topics that society likes to keep quiet about. He promised: “I will conduct a psychotherapeutic consultation which will leave a footprint in your psyche. This lecture will change your mind; it will set your mind against not only alcohol consumption, but also against others psychoactive drugs, which affect our mind.”

How does the human mind form? – Psychotherapist asked. People are prone to think that being a human, make them smarter than others, they know, what is good and right, what should be tolerated in this world and what should not, what can be eaten and what is poisoning. It seems that soul is generating wisdom and mind. “Here”, – the lecturer underlined, – “many are lost in their illusion.” Then he explained in details, how human mind, from information that enters it, is formed, which mechanisms take place.

Eventually, listeners got the chance to realize, who control man not only on individual level but also almost all the world, who are these powerful men, who influence the biggest corporations, systemic media and how they use media to program us. “It makes us think that we are free to choose, we have many choices, but anyway we are making decisions that world elite benefits from”, – M. Gabrilavicius unveiled the staggering scheme. “We harm ourselves and we do not realize that”, – he continued and made listeners to perceive, what is really happening, why people believe in things that are harmful. He was sorry, that there is no place, where people can hear about harms of psychoactive substances, he explained what is happening, when those drugs enter our body and why it is important to keep your mind sharp.

M.Gabrilaicius continued and commented what kind of mechanisms turn on, when people give up brain damaging drugs and how your health and overall life can improve, he also described how it is possible to be total sober, when on every corner there are many temptations, which make you consume alcohol and other brain damaging substances. Participants were introduced to creative instinct, and why is it important to implement it and how does it make you a better version of yourself.

It is not possible to convey every single message, which listeners could get from a lecture. Marius has put all the information in his book “Total soberness or total control”. By the way, all the participants got a free copy of a book. The date for a lecture (January 30th) was chosen not by an accident. It was his birthday. After the lecture, he admitted that most happiness brings an opportunity to share his knowledge, which can help people to change their life. He felt gifted, while giving away his long-term knowledge and getting a positive feedback from people.

At the end of the lecture, M. Gabrilavicius noted, that it is important to not trust everything you see or hear on mass media, to seek for an alternative sources of information (in social media, independent pages), it is important to be alert and not to be fooled by smiling faces on TV. Same goes for politics, when election campaigns are taking place, it is important to choose and support those, who care about public interest and have proved that by keeping their promises. You cannot often see them on TV, because they do not obey the elite. Only sites like minfo.lt and similar are open for those, who work for society, help families and children.

Member of the parliament Mindaugas Puidokas also participated in the lecture. After the round of applause, he was invited to make a speech.

“Every single person has a creative nature and probably the most important type of freedom – the ability to choose soberly and be responsible for those around us”, – the politician started. He reminded, what a great man was Bishop Motiejus Valancius and his temperance movement, thanks to him, Lithuania became independent. “Soberness certainly makes people more active”, – continued M. Puidokas. He said that several years ago, before conceiving a first child, together with his wife they gave up alcohol completely. Member of the parliament wished Marius Gabrilavicius, together with common thinkers, to create a new movement of soberness and increase wellbeing of Lithuania by enlarging number of sober people. At the end of his speech, he gave lector a Certificate of Appreciation and national symbol – Vytis, which said: “Only a great nation knows its history.”

After the lecture everyone could ask M. Gabrilavicius questions, get a signature on a book, take a photo or make a speech of gratitude. A round of applause got a woman, who admitted that she is a teetotaler for over an year and she decided to stop drinking after reading a book “Total soberness or total control” by M. G. Maximalist. Lector noted that more and more people in our country are choosing healthy and sober lifestyle and it is not a shame anymore to be totally sober, people, who gave up alcohol, are happy for choosing this path.

Psychotherapist was glad about the event and thanked everyone for coming:

“It was the biggest birthday celebration in my life… Over 250 people, who were interested in benefits of my total soberness idea, came to my lecture yesterday. I was glad for giving away books, hearing words of appreciation and feeling a positive feedback. Thanks to all for participating in this event, supporting my work and for all birthday wishes! Thank You, Mindaugas Puidokas for a Certificate of Appreciation and a symbol of Vytis, it is a big honor for me, which motivates me to keep on working!… A big thank for my family for comprehension, patience and support of my social activities, which take a huge piece of my time… Thanks to all and see you later!

M.Gabrilaicius admires Jacque Fresco, who quote really fits here: “If you think we can’t change the world, it just means you’re not one of those who will.” Organizer of the lecture for a second decade shows that he is one of those, who believe and can change the world. Good luck, Marius!

Pharm businessmen are fooling people in believing that antidepressants can cure. Actually, they turn people into drug addicts the only difference here is that people are buying drugs from pharmacies and not from drug dealers, thus they do not understand that they are drug addicts.

Please, explain to me how anyone can believe that there are drugs which can cure brain disorders when researchers say that they have explored only 5% of the brain. So, there are no drugs, which can treat brains, there are only suppressive substances. And suppressive substances only make you a drug addict. Suppressing brains with any psychoactive drug – alcohol, heroin, medical antidepressants – makes it to dissociate from reality. At the same time, man stops feeling psychological impairments – neuroses. In this state, it seems that anxiety, depression, insomnia or other neuroses are not bothering him anymore but it is just an illusion.

When a psychotropic substance is excreted from the blood (like with any other toxins), human brain slowly gets back to its natural state. When it reaches a peak of activity, it transmits various feelings which show the level of impairment – neurosis . If a person cannot endure the consequences of abstinence and uses a psychotropic drug like alcohol or medical antidepressant again, then he/she disturbs processes of the brain more and more until one day the person has to visit a psychiatric hospital or tries to commit suicide.

If a man was born without any congenital disorders which can lead to psychical illnesses like neuroses, then only total soberness can cure any psychological problems. You can read more about harms of psychoactive drugs to health and life in this book: “Total Soberness or Total Control”.

I do not agree that speeding is the main cause of car crashes because I have tested it and came up with the conclusion that circa 98% of accidents happen […]

I do not agree that speeding is the main cause of car crashes because I have tested it and came up with the conclusion that circa 98% of accidents happen because a person cannot stay totally sober for three weeks.

Human brain comes back to its natural state only when a person does not consume alcohol, does not smoke or use any other psychotropic drugs for three weeks. Then human beings make fewer mistakes and if they do, it is mostly associated with stress.

Tolerance of psychoactive substances usage and speed limits are one of the main forms of civilisation progress hindering. It is terrifying when total abstainers are stopped from progressing and it is because of those, who are addicted to psychoactive substances. Their brains are always disturbed and they are the biggest danger not only in the streets but also in the work, for a family and everywhere else…

Total abstainers – New Maximalists always know the safe speed limit and never exceed it so much that it gets them into car accidents.

I think it is time to issue cards to New Maximalists or something similar to people, who choose to live a totally sober, healthy lifestyle. They won’t have to follow speed limitations, pay whole social insurance fee, and do military duty. Maximalist cardholders could study for free in the technology development field and so on. If a cardholder were harmful to society, he would have to be tested for psychoactive substances usage. If a test was positive, Maximalist card would be taken away for a fixed period of time and if offences continued, the card would be taken away permanently.

P.S. It is just my idea and not an offer. Therefore, dear Members of the Parliament, at the beginning of Autumn Parliament session I want to ask you to seek for methods, which would promote total soberness – a healthy lifestyle, which brings minimum harm and maximum benefits to society and country!

You can read more about the benefits of total soberness and harms of psychoactive substances in my book Totali blaivybė ar totali kontrolė.

(Real, not anonymous stories of former alcoholics) Today more and more young people are drowning in alcohol, therefore their health, quality of life get damaged and later on the last […]

(Real, not anonymous stories of former alcoholics)

Today more and more young people are drowning in alcohol, therefore their health, quality of life get damaged and later on the last hope disappears… After losing everything, a person often reaches the very end of his life, when it seems that there is no point in living. At that moment, some kind of higher power makes him so strong and willing to heal and start to live without alcohol. Two people agreed to talk openly about their experiences and achievements.

„Cursed drops of a devil“, – that is how Kestutis Jakstaitis (30) describes alcohol.

Kestutis Jakstaitis – man, who agreed to share his experience about life with alcohol and without. Kestutis has never liked strong alcoholic drinks, he only drank beer. Stronger drinks were making him sick as well as thought about a hangover, which is longer and stronger after these drinks. But if we talk about alcohol, every single drink is poisonous: vodka or from a first sight “lighter” cider or a beer. It is the opposite; these drinks can be more dangerous and quicker to make a person an alcoholic.

Kestutis started to drink when he was 14. A bottle on a table on every Friday and Saturday (he used to drink around 4-8 bottles of beer per day) and sometimes on Sunday was a casual thing. Parent, of course, wanted their kid to live a healthy life, get rid of alcohol but the man did not like when someone tells him what to do, that is why he did not take any actions. Meanwhile, he used to tell his wife that he will get rid of alcohol by himself but only when the time is right.

Drinks – are one of the main reasons, why conflicts between relatives appear. He realized that in that time he could get into a conflict without a reason because he could get angry in a second. Falling apart relationships with his relatives did not stop Kestutis. He continued to drink like that for 10 years and at that time he thought that this is moderate drinking. Today he understands that to drink moderately is impossible – you either are a maximalist, who does not drink at all, or you drink.

Today, a man, who shares his story, with a horror remembers the darkest days of his life. The young man was drowning but his life was saved – people took him to the shore. He heavily damaged his car, which he bought after a long and hard work in Germany, his driving license was taken away as well. He could get rid of any expansive good that he had to work hard for, in a day.

“I do not know why I drank; I hate alcohol from early years. All bad things associate with alcohol”, – Kestutis said. Today he can accurately describe alcohol – cursed drops of the devil. These drops were used by his father that is why childhood memories are not very heart-warming. “I remember that unpleasant smell and cold in house”, – said soberly for a year living man.

There is a saying that only after reaching the very end, a person can lean against and start to live again, without poison. Kestutis story is a bit different – he was encouraged to start a sober life by the birth of his daughter and a conscious desire to change. Parenthood instinct was really strong – the man realized that he wants to be a good example. He did not want his kid to see a careless father, who speaks total nonsenses.

“I do not want my kids to spend their childhood like me – beer and girls, it is better with sport and… girls”, – man joked. Today he lives happily with 5 years old daughter and 16 years old teenager, for whom Kestutis is a good step farther. For 11 years are like friends. He has just celebrated a thirtieth birthday, is an active member of social media, shares videos about alcohol harm and has also become a member of Maximalist club, which has a lot of members like Kestutis.

The first time he got rid of alcohol when his daughter was only eight months old. There were bad days, when he was drinking again, nobody is safe, but the main words, which kept him motivated, were – never give up. After coding therapy with psychotherapist M.G. Maksimalietis, Kestutis has been living a sober life for one year and is happy with his success.

“I am happy now, the family is happy, my mother and father in Heaven. I got a second chance, I started to love life, appreciate water, nature, air”, – he shared.

Point of view towards nature has changed – man does not understand people, who pollute, destroy it and leave trashes.

Today Kestutis is sober for 24 hours, if some kind of problem appears, it is solved immediately and not in the evening with a bottle of beer in his hand.

“I do not have a palace and new a Mercedes yet, but I am HAPPY! I am Maximalist, who is not a slave of narcozombic system. I see a lot of colours of my life, not just black and white; my brain is not psychotropically poisoned and does not make any mistakes, thus there are no unfavourable circumstances. Whatever I do, I succeed, and things that I have not accomplished yet, I know I will. Being sober, I realized that our brains can make any dream and goal come true but only when it is not influenced by any psychotropic substances”, – happily explained Kestutis.

My next interviewee is Grazina, who is finally living a sober life, where she is not an alcoholic. Today she is an aware teetotaler – Maximalist.

“If somebody has asked me, what is my greatest achievement, I would definitely say – the bottom. Because of it I have found real, colourful life and started to live”, – firmly said Grazina (31).

Grazina, who is currently raising a beautiful and healthy 10 months old baby girl, has agreed to share her story and experience.

The woman said that her journey as an alcoholic has started innocently. A weekend with beer was a norm but she did not like stronger drinks. Nevertheless, if there were no beer, she was drinking anything. During work days, she was sober and hard-working. The situation worsens when Grazina moved to her ex-boyfriend grandmother’s house in a village. The woman told that the surroundings were totally different than she used to. She was a city kid but had to learn new skills. “I was planting, weeding, chopping firewood and doing other works which are usual in villages”, – she told. In the village, it was an unwritten rule that every work has to be done with beer. That is how Grazina started to drink more often, finding new occasions to do so. Her ex-boyfriend was drinking as well, therefore there was no fighting because of that.

Did I ask when? When did you hit that bottom, when you realized that it is time to change? Here Grazina remembered that there were a lot of moments but she did not have enough courage to get rid of poisons. “…oh and lost jobs, where bosses were kind enough not to fire me, they asked me to quit jobs”, – she remembered. Long years she worked as a cashier, thus she was respected. She was praised because of her honesty, duty and punctuality but not for a long time. Later, mostly on Mondays, the woman more often was coming to her job feeling a bit tipsy.

A number of problems were getting bigger, a number of friends – smaller. Relationship with my mom worsened, she was visiting me more rarely. It was not because she did not want, but her daughter was making smarter and smarter plans in order to stop mom from coming. In the afternoon she was already drunk, mom would not like that. And it would be not possible to make a proper chat…

Relationship with the boyfriend also got colder – anger was arising over small things. “We started to sleep separately and I was waiting for 9 am, so I could go to a shop and buy beer even though I were still tipsy”, – with disgust in her face, told Grazina. Workers at the shop knew her because she was a regular client, therefore, she sometimes was taking beer without paying, saying that she will pay later. It is worth mentioning that she has always paid her debts.

Relationships worsen not only with mom, boyfriend but also with friends, who did not enjoy her company anymore. Grazina was always tipsy or completely drunk. In the second scenario, she was sleeping, in the first – complaining that life is very difficult. The woman got stuck in a never-ending circle – her life was full of failures, she was drinking and alcohol was creating more unpleasant situations. She decided to postpone her wedding (and later cancel) with her ex-boyfriend because his father was complaining a lot. He used to say that his daughter in law is “fat alcoholic, who will be giving birth to defected children”. The woman could not make peace with an idea that everybody saw her problem but could not see her ex-boyfriend weakness. “To my disappointment (now I am happy that it happened), we broke up”, – she said.

The woman admitted that not even once she was thinking about suicide, today she believes that God saved her from tragedy. In her opinion, the very bottom she reached when she had to leave the village. “I had lost everything – every good emotion, the anger, sorrow, depression and helplessness were ruling me. There was no femininity left in me”, – she remembered.

Grazina came back to Kaunas, where her mother lived, she completed the Minnesota program in an addiction centre. This program helped her to find God, who gave her enough strength to get back in the game. The woman told that the realization that alcoholism – is an illness helped her. Not lack of will, not type of character but a psychological illness which can be cured. This illness does not choose people according to their age or social status but it can be defeated.

You would say that it is impossible to start a new life so quickly? It is possible! Grazina got married, gave birth to a daughter, got into a school. Fate was trying to give her various tests but she did not give up. She survived the loss of her sister without a single drop of alcohol, she believed that God was in need of an angle. She accepted that she has cancer. She survived two surgeries and 6 weeks of treatment. Today, in her absolutely sober body, cancer is sleeping and Grazina can enjoy every single moment of her life. The woman has met new friends, who are also teetotalers and her life became more colourful because sober people think more positive. Grazina told that only when she became sober, anger, envy and anxiety disappeared. The woman is certain that now she is in charge of her emotions and lives in true reality and not in a fake one. She promotes a sober lifestyle that is why Maximalists’ ideas are familiar to her. To live in a moment without any intoxicant and addictions – and she has that!

Grazina started to enjoy a sober lifestyle even more when she came upon Maximalist club founded by M.G Maksimalietis. There she got rid of alcoholic shame and her mood got better. Now she is proud that she is sober and can be a part of society. Today the woman is certain that even if she could drink moderately, she will not do that. Grazna lost the count of sober days because days without alcohol became a standard in Maximalists club. Soberness became a part of her life, Grazina cannot imagine her everyday life without it.

Both Maximalists actively participate in Maximalists club events, which are organized by “The Global Maximalistic Psychotherapy Society” – spreaders of a total soberness idea. Thanks to this organization, now they know that you can stay respected, strong teetotalers – Maximalist and believe in yourself only if you bravely and publically spread the idea of soberness and do not keep everything to yourself because the system has labelled you as an alcoholic.

Robert (65) has just celebrated 15 years anniversary. He is sober for 15 years. Before that he was swimming in alcohol sea, he admits, that he had almost drowned. He wanted to speak openly about his experience hoping that it would help those, who are addicted, to seek help.

Robert feels sad that people are afraid to ask for help, despite the fact that there are various methods to give up drinking.

“Man has to knock firmly on the second chance door in order to open it, but even more firmer he has to knock on the someone’s, who can help, door”,- advised abstainer from Vilnius.

Robert 15 years ago, trying to escape alcoholism, chose psychological coding when during hypnosis session a thought – man will never drink again – is instilled.

Every year he and his wife celebrate this day with a glass of kefir.

Robert also does not forget every morning to thank God for giving him a chance to meet psychotherapist, who used hypnosis to help him and relatives for support.

I was not sure, if former alcoholic could remember the day, when he was about to meet the coder, anyway I asked him to look into the deepest corners of his mind.

“I remember that day like my name”, – Robert sounded a bit offended. I listened to his story which was scarier than a horror movie.

Stuck in the deep end

Robert, who started to drink in his teenage years, did not realize that weekends with a mug of beer could lead to a massive addiction. All his problems seemed to vanish in a good company.

Monday mornings with headache and stomachache became an unwritten rule. The most important thing was to be in work on time – somehow he was managing this. No beer during work days! Well, an exemption could be made if the day was extra hard.

The number of this kind of days was growing every year. Wife‘s tension was growing as well and cozy atmosphere of the house was drowning in tears.

“I have reached bottom, when I could not tell if it is day or night or spot the difference between my son and wife. It had happened circa 2 years before hypnosis session”, – said man with tears in his eyes.

Back then drinking would last not two days in the row but two or three weeks. Robert could not get up to go to work. All he could think was how and where to get a bottle, which, as he was thinking, will be the last one.

He was shivering, hands were shaking and he was vomiting with blood.

“I am thankful to doctors who took me to a hospital despite the fact that I stunk”, – said the man with gratitude to doctors.

Doctors even escorted him to a consulting room where his stomach was emptied.

When he got sober, the wife used to remind him about family and its sorrows.

Why he did not come home? Is he going to wake up? Will he be admitted to the hospital if the cause of his “disease” is clear?

Will he be fired? Will he set the house on fire when he is alone?

“I remember when my wife was sitting, looking through the window and talking about fears she has to live with. That was tearing my heart apart. I wanted to go to sleep and never wake up”, – said man.

He understood that he had hurt his family badly but he could not do anything. “Addiction was stronger than me, sometimes it seemed that I was going mad”, – Robert opened up.

He tried to get free

The man decided to not give up. Firstly, he tried various methods himself. He was writing thoughts in a notebook during a hangover. He was thinking that it would help realize how much sorrows this addiction brings.

He has also bought an expensive thing for every month he stayed sober. Unfortunately, nothing had helped to get rid of the poison.

One winter morning, when he was in pain and feeling nausea, the son came and suggested his help: “I will help you but you have to want it.” After long hours of persuading Robert has finally agreed to see a psychotherapist.

Now man remembers the day he went to see a specialist with a smile – he was wearing a suit for special occasions and looked like he was going to his son’s school feast. But it actually was one of the best days of his life – after the wedding and born of the child.

“I was only in one hypnosis session and do not remember a lot. He was talking to me, hypnotized me and consequences I can feel till this day”, – he smiled.

When does a person become addicted to alcohol?

“It does not matter, if it is called moderate drinking on the weekends or if a man misses a day of his job after this kind of weekends, it is psychological addiction to alcohol, the only difference is the stage”, – said psychotherapist Marius Gabrilavicius also known as M. G. Maksimalietis, who has been working in Lithuania and abroad since 2008.

People are different that is why attempts to get rid of this addiction differs. Some think that they will be able to control themselves and for a certain amount of time they do so, others suffer the whole life. What is the reason?

Apparently, it depends not only on motivation but also on the environment and information we get.

“Even if I could use alcohol moderately, I would not do that. This is how patients, who tried my therapy and became conscious teetotalers, feel”, – said M. Gabrilavicius, who helps to get rid of addiction to alcohol by using psychological coding method.

Addicted to soberness

This psychological method is based on hypnosis. During the session a person gets an addiction to soberness program.

“By using the psychological code, a barrier is made which prohibits drinking”, – psychotherapist explained.

The man should not drink alcohol ten days before psychological coding therapy. He should not use caffeine drinks and tranquillizers unless it is necessary.

Psychotherapist explained that preparation for coding is proof for him and the patient that there is enough will. But if an alcohol addict cannot stay sober for 10 days, it means that he is not ready. He is also afraid that he will not have a possibility to drink a glass of wine or a bottle of beer. This indicates a huge risk of breaking the code.

“I try to help people, not for a short period of time, that is why I do not admit people if they could not stay sober for 10 days”, – said M. Gabrilavicius.

In his mind, if all you can think about is thought that coding makes you weak and stand out from others, it can break a person down.

Some people cannot use hypnosis. This goes for patients who were diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Besides this, people, who came to hypnosis session and after hearing the lecture decides to put off the session for later because he wants to try to deal with it himself.

Those, who are not ready for coding therapy, can come just for a talk. M. Gabrilavicius has noticed that the majority, who have used this privilege, decides to code or comes back later.

Most of the time alcohol addicts think that they can handle it; all they have to do is to take the matter into their hands. But the reality is a bit different, it is not that easy, it requires long hours of work with self.

It is also important to not try to persuade others – husband, wife, father, and children – to try coding. In this case, a person does not have the motivation to live a sober life – hypnosis does not work on him.

“This type of person does not want to get rid of addiction; therefore he will break the code if he uses coding therapy.

In most cases it ends in alcohol poisoning, psychological and physiological disorders”, – psychotherapist explained.

Maybe his piece of advice will sound drastically but it is important to let a person reach the deep end: “If wife, husband, father or other relatives are close and take care of addict, he will feel safe.

Sometimes we have to let him realize that he is a step away from losing all – job, family, health. He will feel anxiety and depression; he will be in pain, left alone and in debts – this would be like a deep end for him.

This picture of the future looks terrifying for alcoholics because safety is a number one priority for them. That is why, if you want to help, sometimes you have to leave this person alone with all his sorrows and problems and watch him from the distance.

But if a person decides to do coding therapy, support from relatives is a good idea.

After the therapy people may face some difficulties as they are not used to this kind of lifestyle – without any alcohol to forget failures which only create more failures and prolong period of sadness.

The beginning is not easy – a person might become irritable, sensitive but after some time everything changes. He starts to enjoy the fact that he can live without alcohol.

People, who have defeated addiction to alcohol, often find new activities and hobbies because their brains get more active.

That is why it is said that these people react to everything more sensitive because they cannot stand all the evil around them.

Man, who started to live a sober life, realizes how much happiness it brings and wants to announce this to the whole world.

-Can an alcohol addict schedule one hypnosis session or has he/she repeat it? – I asked psychotherapist M. Gabrilavicius.

-The code needs to be strengthened when a person starts to doubt himself: whether he will be able to stay sober until the end of the code. The period of the code is determined during the hypnosis session. If a person receives the code for five years and after several years he realizes that thoughts about drinking are arising more often, it is a sign that it is time to strengthen the effect of hypnosis also known as – code.

-Robert told us that for five years code was helping to stay away from alcohol but later he just felt out of habit. Do people see a different life and do not want to go back to the old one?

-There are a lot of examples of people living soberly despite the fact that the period of the code has already ended. Unfortunately, most of the time they go back to their old habits. The one, who had acute alcoholism stage, the rest of his/her life will have to fight off thoughts about drinking. Only the positive information about the long-lasting soberness will give him enough power to stay strong.

-Do other members of a family have to refuse any celebrations with a bottle on a table, if one of them had received the code against alcohol?

-Try to imagine a drug addict, who sits together with other addicts and watches them taking drugs. How does it affect him? A person, who received the code, should avoid gatherings with alcohol. Despite the fact that code itself forms realization that drinking people around are not bothering him, but after some time people get weaker if drinks occasionally get into their sight.

-How do people life change after your hypnosis sessions?

-I know a lot of stories when people, who got rid of alcohol, find activities which were not interesting for them before. They start to grow and prosper, their life gets better and they even cure their illnesses. A story from one of my patients really amazed me. The man used to weight 110kg, had diabetes mellitus type 2, high blood pressure, insomnia and experienced pre-myocardial infarction. After a year of total soberness, he was blissful, during our talk he could not stop joking about his intention to do aerobics, how he lost 28kg and his doctor was surprised that his diabetes did not progress and he did not need to take medications anymore. When he was asked what kind of drugs he is taking to feel good, he replayed: “It is the opposite; I stopped drinking and started to do sports.” That person was sparkling joy and energy and asked me to repeat the hypnosis session.

-Do you have very young patients?

-I work in London as well. There I had to consult parents whose children are only 14 years old and drink alcoholic cocktails, cider every day. I know how psychological addictions form in the human mind, thus it is not a surprise that even 14 years old teenagers are addicted to alcohol. Parents drink alcohol near children, priests compare wine with Christ’s blood and movies show fun parties where alcohol is used.

-Do you code if a person is brought against his will?

-A lot of people come together with a close one, I think, it is because he/she has made a condition – stop drinking or leave or something similar. If a person does not want, he will not be able to change against his will. This kind of humans will probably have to suffer for the rest of their life and will be destroying their family life.

Alcohol, according to scientists, is a drug, which is harmful to one’s health. If alcohol is a drug, then it is important to know what all drugs have in common: […]

Alcohol, according to scientists, is a drug, which is harmful to one’s health. If alcohol is a drug, then it is important to know what all drugs have in common: while using it, a person gets more and more addicted, therefore he poisons himself more and more. Not everyone goes through the stages of alcoholism at a similar pace and not everyone reaches the stage of degradation, but everyone reaches at least the second stage. The second stage of alcoholism out of three main stages is reached when a person starts using alcohol periodically, for example, every weekend or every evening after work. Psychological alcoholism starts, when a person cannot understand that he can celebrate without alcohol. If every time a man buys alcohol for a celebration, he is psychologically addicted and this is an initial stage of alcoholism. Stages describe the severeness of drinking. There are alcoholics from moderate drinking stages, alcoholics from less moderate drinking stages, alcoholics in the degradation process and alcoholics from complete degradation stages. Our system identifies only the alcoholics from degradation stages as alcoholics; this is not accurate and not right. A man, who tries alcohol for the first time, does not become a drunken hobo. He becomes a serious alcoholic when he goes through all stages of alcoholism: from moderate drinking to degradation. The third stage – degradation is reached when a person tries alcohol and starts believing that everyone should know how to drink moderately, he cannot stop and becomes a prisoner of physiological alcoholism. This kind of people starts to drink every day until they get scared that they might die or die or until they get medical help – detoxification. I want to underline that the system only calls those alcoholics, who have reached the third stage – degradation. But they became alcoholics much earlier: when they believed that this solvent they can consume as a drink.

That is why, when our public figures say that it is important to consume alcohol moderately in order to not become alcoholics, it is inaccurate and not right because toleration of alcoholic drug (even in moderate doses) makes a person to go through all stages of alcoholism. The logic is simple: when we start using drugs, we become drug addicts, when we start drinking alcohol – alcoholics. So, members of parliament should make the right inference and say that the best decision for a conscious human being would be to not consume alcohol at any doses.

We can moderately drink juices, pure water and so on in such amounts that it will not tear your stomach apart or you will not have to run to the bathroom every 5 min. When we talk about moderate toleration of poisons, we are destroying the order of nature. Science has stated that 500ml of alcohol is a deadly amount for a human body if it is drank all at once. If a person does not vomit it or is not detoxified, he is risking his life. Logical conclusion: if half a litre of liquid is deadly, then the liquid is poisonous. If 500ml of C2H5OH is poison then how 50ml of the same, not modified liquid, can become a drink or even medicine? Absurd! Because 50ml of alcohol liquid is poisoning, it is just easier for a body to get rid of this amount of alcohol. We all have experienced this: if we drink more, symptoms of alcohol poisoning are more severe, if we drink less, symptoms are weaker…

Those, who think that moderate drinking is not harmful, are only trying to fool themselves and justify their drinking weakness. “Moderate” usage of alcoholic drugs – poisons moderately… But poison not only their health but also wellbeing. That is why, the more severe a person drinks, the more he suffers and harms himself by all meanings.

I want to congratulate all aware teetotallers – Maximalists with the beginning of summer. I want to wish you to stay strong and resist the temptation to get high on drugs. Remember, only a human, who does not poison himself with psychotropic substances, can eliminate under 80prc of all potential health disorders and other failures associated with narcozombies from his life.

People, who are always sober, gain magical powers to successfully materialize all their dreams. Therefore, I wish all teetotallers to be high on these opportunities!

Alcohol – a society ruining “pleasure”, more and more people are getting addicted to it. Do you moderately drink on weekends and skip work? It is an indicator of psychological addiction; the only difference is the stage of it. People have different characters, that is why there are many methods to get rid of drinking. Some say that they can control themselves and they succeed for a short period of time but others break codes and suffer for the rest of their life. Why? Apparently, it depends not only on motivation but also on the environment and information input.

“Even if I could drink moderately, I will not do that. My patients feel the same way when they choose to be conscious teetotalers”, – about psychocoding talked psychotherapist Marius Gabrilaicius, also known as M. G. Maksimalietis, who work in Lithuania and abroad.

Methods of coding

There are many methods of coding which can help to stop the progress of this life-ruining addiction but not all methods work accurately and have the same quality.

Medical – a person thinks that his body was injected/ inserted with a medication – often it works but the quality is questionable. In this case, a person is afraid of serious damage to his health or even death which can happen if alcohol has been used again. The whole time a man is suffering and cannot wait for the code term to end.

The psychotherapeutic method works differently – during the session moment hypnosis is used which reprograms the human brain and installs addiction to soberness.

In both ways, a human is affected psychological. In the first case, placebo and fear play a role, in the second, psycho code helps to form some kind of psychological barrier which human cannot cross and it helps to stop drinking.

The coding therapy – human’s, who is ready to change his life, key.

Get ready for a coding session

A person should not use alcohol before the therapy. The specialist usually set the time of staying sober limit. In most cases, it is about 10 days.

It is also advised to not use any caffeine-containing beverages and tranquillizer (unless it is a necessity). Psychological addiction specialist, psychotherapist M. G. Maksimalietis explained that such preparation for the coding therapy is proof for him and a patient that there is enough will. He only needs the help of the professional.

If an alcohol addict cannot stay sober for 10 days, it means that he is not ready for treatment. He is simply afraid that he would lose an opportunity to drink a glass of wine or a bottle of beer. And this means that the risk of breaking the code increases. “I try to help people on a long run, thus I do not treat people, who could not stay sober before the session”, – said M.G Maksimalietis.

There are some cases when people cannot be coded. It includes people with serious psychiatric disorders whose doctors do not allow this treatment. Besides this, people who have listened to the lecture and decided to postpone the session for later because they want to try to get rid of alcohol by themselves.

Those, who are not ready for coding therapy, can come just for a talk. M. Gabrilavicius has noticed that the majority, who have used this privilege, decides to code or comes back later. This happens for many reasons but the main one – unsuccessful trying to get rid of this addiction himself and realization that coding therapy might help.

There is no need to discipline and force

Most of the time alcohol addicts think that they can handle it. But the reality is a bit different, it is not that easy, it requires long hours of work with self.

It is also important not to try to persuade others – husband, wife, father, and children – to try coding. In this case, a person does not have the motivation to live a sober life – hypnosis does not work on him. This type of person does not want to get rid of addiction; therefore he will break the code if he uses coding therapy.

Consequences of breaking the code depend on the human body but in most cases poisoning of alcohol is stronger and it increases the risk of psychological and physiological health disorders.

Let him reach the deep end

Maybe this piece of advice will sound drastically but it is important to let a person reach the deep end.

If wife, husband, father or other relatives are close and take care of an addict, he will feel comfortable and safe.

But if a person decides to go for the coding therapy, support from relatives is a good idea.

After the therapy people may face some difficulties as they are not used to this kind of lifestyle – without any alcohol to forget failures which only create more failures and prolong period of sadness. Rarely appearing joy they would also suppress with the same liquid.

How can a man relax when there is no alcohol? How to calm down and find something that can get rid of sadness and give joy?

The beginning is not easy – a person might become irritable, sensitive but after some time everything changes. He starts to enjoy the fact that he can finally make his dreams come true.

Teetotaler’s brain rises like a phoenix – they find new activities and hobbies which were not interesting for them before. There are many examples when people get rid of alcohol and try new activities, find new hobbies which may lead to a new business plan. Their brains get more active that is why it is said that these people react to everything more sensitive because they cannot stand all the evil around them.

Man, who started to live a sober life, realizes how much happiness it brings and wants to announce this to the whole world. Former alcohol addict still has acquaintances and friends who drink but the memory of a previous lifestyle reminds him to never go back.

Support of relatives after the therapy is a must

People’s brains, who do not consume alcohol, work correctly, in other words, can tell apart the evil from the good, see reality and the real world. That is why for those it is important to put the right information inside their heads.

If all you can think about is thought that coding makes you weak and stand out from others, it can break a person down. It is important to remind him that you are happy that he is living a different life, is working, grows as a person and prospers more than any other moderate drinker.

All you have to do – see the advantages of alcohol-free life and not disadvantages. There are no disadvantages but for a new teetotaler, it might seem different. Support of relatives is a must. If other members of a family do not consume alcohol – it is an advantage. It is also advised for o former alcoholic to find same thinkers who are also living a different life.

Addiction to alcohol can have young and old people. M.G. Maksimalietis was asked if there is a difference how old is the patient, he replayed that there is no big difference.

Of course, if a person drank for 40 years, he would have a style of living, mentality; he would not imagine a life without alcohol – that is why it is hard to work with these people.

But it does not mean that it is easier to code young people – the most important part is a person’s will and faith.

The main aim of consciousness is to save us from struggles and help us reach goals…

If harmful addictions (or as I like to call it – viral programs) are not affecting one’s mind, then it works properly and saves man from choosing a wrong path. How does it work? Clean, not affected by poisons mind is naturally making us move forward. When a human’s mind is clean, without any harmful addictions, it can effectively show us the best route to reach our goals.

When the mind is sending us problems, most of the time, it just shows that the way we have chosen to go will give us unpleasant things and troubles… A sober person always searches for a way to get rid of the problem and find the best route. On the other hand, an infected or addicted person often breaks through walls which were built by his own mind and encounters problems.

They often give up, when they get tired: they say that it is impossible to reach, what they intended to, almost every time they blame circumstances, which only acted as a wall, as a shield against all troubles. In either way, the brain with erosions cannot choose the right path. And that is a secret to achieving success. A person is getting more successful until he lets the viral program in his mind. This program consists of anger, revenge, envy, alcohol drinking, smoking and so on. At first, he lets it in moderate form and starts to use it moderately. Of course, most of you would say that it is almost impossible to get rid of all these bad things and you would be right, because, for example, an alcohol program is tolerated by society.

As a consequence – harmful program sinks into our mind and becomes tolerated, despite the fact that we do not want it. It saves into our minds as a tolerated form because today almost all countries let alcohol manufacturers and distributors lie about alcohol. Unfortunately, today our society is a victim of all this mess and because someone profits from it, thus an ordinary human being is taught to drink moderately…

Because of it, today the only effective coding from alcohol technique is the psychological method. This method makes sure that newly inserted anti-alcohol program blocks alcohol program and in this way, it helps to run away from alcohol.

I call it “run away” because the anti-alcohol program cannot work properly until the alcoholic program is still alive in our society until then coding therapy can only work for a certain period of time. I have researched the psychology of addictions for many years, therefore today I can say: if alcohol would disappear from “drinks” section in supermarkets and would appear in “household items” section together with cleaning liquids for windows or toilets, then all people, who used coding from alcohol therapy, became free from alcohol addiction for the rest of their life or until alcohol officially would be called – poison…

When you think about it, it does not require a lot of effort, so that millions – I repeat again, millions, people stop suffering from hangovers…
